SARA DE LA ROSA RUIZ, Editor at All you need is Biology
Collaborator from May 2016 to May 2017.
Graduate in Biology, Master in Management and Conservation of Wildlife and Protected Areas, Master in Ethology and Master’s in Secundary Education.
I had my first contacts with nature when I was only 10 years old, and I knew that I wanted to be a vet.
However, I started to study Biology, involving in some environment volunteer programs, in which I discovered a perfect way to develop my vocation as a “conservation biologist”. Since then, I have worked to be a specialist in wildlife conservation.
I have worked with different species, particularly with raptors: management, breeding, and recovery in the nature, so in management conservation projects. Working closely with animals enabled me to learn issues about their behaviors and increase my interest in Ethological research, that currently as well as working on a LIFE project about biodiversity conservation.
My aim in these articles is make know birds to appreciate their value and to involve in their conservation.
